We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mulberry Skies. If for any reason you are not, we offer a convenient return policy outlined below:
- Returns Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, and seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed items) are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
- Returns Process:
We offer two convenient return options:

Standard Return:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@mulberryskies.com for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA), if applicable.
- Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

REDO Option:
- Add to Cart: Select the REDO option when adding items to your cart. This covers any return shipping costs for that order, once the fee is paid (recommended).
- Process a Return: If a return is necessary, please visit 'Start a Return' on our website and follow the instructions provided.
Choose the option that best suits your needs and ensures a smooth and efficient return process.

Store Credit:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card, equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable discounts or promotions.
- Store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exchanges and Refunds:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges or refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be in violation of our policy.

Mulberry Skies is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Mulberry Skies is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for our return department to process the store credit.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.Â
